No generally the company you bought it from should have sent you the invoice BEFORE they ship the item so you have the invoice in hand! And THEN you go to customs and they can compare YOUR invoice with the one at the shipment!

If you dont have the invoice it SHOULD be with the shippment attached!

Otherwise..no comment...

I don't have the invoice. For all the shipments that I have received so far, the invoice always comes with the shipment.

I shall contact the supplier for the invoice. Thanks!

by the way, sometimes the invoice is sent after the shipment arrives... I'm pretty sure that's what happened when I ordered the iphone 4 for my brother-in-law... Rami can shed some light on this.

I just received the invoice from the suuplier and forwarded it to aramex. Hope everything shall be fine now.
