OF course ppl will tell you their opinion and what they would recommend... You need to do your own research and decide what you want!
All i can say is, that if you dont want it too loud and you want to increase power with a reasonable price... go for the Eisenmann Sport and Race Cats... Everything else will be more expensive in the first place even though money is not the top consideration but if you have too much of it so you wanna throw it out of the window i can give you my bank account and you can wire me some :)
But as i mentioned many times before its your choice.. you have the prices now heard them on youtube and now its up to you.. We are in UAE, so it wont be possible to hear all of the exhausts in reality..
Good luck and i hope that in the end of the day you will be statisfied with your choice!
1. The exhaust I'm currently running is an Encore Innovation Titanium Exhaust (mufflers only), it is about as loud as the SuperSprint Race mufflers (perfect for me), I also have an Eisenmann Race (but for an E60 M5) lying around... It might fit an M6 with some modifications
2. Anything equivalent to Eisenmann Race (Tubi Rumore, RPi GT, Kreisseg, etc.) will cause problems with the police, from what I have heard (through Youtube) the ASR is as loud as the Eisenmann Race, but more of growl that a high F1 pitch. Also the ASR is a full system (Secondary Cats, Resonators and Mufflers) and gives the most bang (HP) for the buck compared to any other exhaust that I have seen (dyno charts can be found on M5board). Eisenmann Sport is about 20% lower than the Race version and still has that F1 pitch, but adding race cats or deleting the cats will increase the raspiness of the exhaust note.
3. I have been in the M5, that Bruno had for a couple of days, with the full Hamann (aka SuperSprint) system (Headers, race cats, x-pipe and race mufflers) and it drones too much for daily use, it gave the car more of a V8 growl than an F1 pitch, but this full system will give the most power (almost 60 RWHP according to the SuperSprint dyno charts)
4. Going for just headers might be alright if you stick with the stock ones and just do the primary cat delete (similar to the RPi solution) but you will need a software tune with the headers... I was actually contemplating of going this route before deciding to get just the mufflers... Other Header solutions are SuperSprint, Racing Dynamics (they released a new version last year) and Evosport, which are loud, but I haven't heard a car with just the Evosport headers. Headers are where the S85 gain the most power (up to 30 RWHP) compared to the other sections
I suggest to listen to the youtube clips and read up on the M5boards as some people there have gone through 4-5 exhaust systems before choosing the right one for them

amazing and intresting discussion here, my opinion to keep the stock one if u r not looking for power gain coz all exhausts sound ll be loud and as bruno said ...easy target for police, for me i ll go for Eisenmann sport version not race one.
why u didnt check the Akrapovic exhaust? http://www.akrapovic.com/car-exhaust...ng-87b5b67675/
for me i ll go for Eisenmann sport version not race one.
Some people who have installed Eisenmann sport complained that it was too quiet, you can hardly tell the difference between the stock and the sport version..
Hasan bhai do one thing, go and meet petrolhead, his exhaust is not loud and not quiet when you floor it, enough entertainment for daily driving.. Plus if you want to see Borla then member Khanrocks in Abu Dhabi can show you his (exhaust), if police is your concern then its always good to buy something you know and have heard than seeing youtube videos..
I dont want you to end up getting something that would be too quiet, after hearing them then make 'your choice', we can only suggest but not choose :)

If Race is too loud and sport is tooo quiet than i would go for the race cats and sport as i said, as Sport with X-pipe will be about the same loudness as Race cans only! But as bruno said the race cats will add a kind of raspy sound..
This will happen to ANY Quiet version of an Exhaust you will fix...The reason why it is a Sport version is exactly this.. its not louder than stock.. its allowed in any country! Eisenmann Sport for example has to pass TUEV in Germany... Its only slightly louder under normal driving conditions but you will hear the difference when you floor it...
I think in the video i posted you can pretty much judge the sport version compared to stock or race!
On top of that, every exhaust needs a couple of thousand kilometeres until get into the final stage of sound! The Exhaust even gets louder until 10.000 Kilometers...
The first stage usually takes about 2500kms.. You will figure it as the exhaust will have a weird smell... Then another 2500kms and again it will be louder...until finally you arrived at approx 10.000 Kilomteres.
As all of you know i am just going through this as i just insatlled Reuter Race...
Doesent matter what exhaust you go for except you go for x pipes and Race versions, the first startup will be mostly dissapointing just as the first kilometers beginning...
Thats my M5 with primary cats delete, 200 cell race cats and Hamann cans (silent version) similar to Eisenmann Sport! Great sound, not toooo loud, zero drone, daily driveable!
Unfortunately i dont have any video with that setup and Eisenmann Race cans.. but this was not driveable.. way toooooo loud and drony..thats why i removed them as my focus was power...
Check the Channel for other Vids to see the potential of my previous M5 :) I dont want to post those vids here...

Thanks Petrolhead. How much did you pay for the Encore Innovation Titanium Mufflers. Will it be possible for us to meet up sometime so that I can hear them live. Thanks!

Thanks Ali! I really apprecite the time and efforts everyone is putting in to help me make a good decision. Very soon I shall start narrowing down my choices so that I can reach a decision. Thanks!

Thanks Simon! I believe the Sport Mufflers with race cats would be a good combination. Once again, what would be the cost of the total package. Thanks!
@ Everyone! I thank everyone form the bottom my heart for their time, efforts, patience, advice and opinions. I have great respect for all of you and I really appreciate the contribution from everyone.
