don't want to argue against anyone... but do you really require that extra 180bhp out of a the stock engine. will your poor gearbox hold this sort of torque and horses.

believe me , nothing comes for free ,,, glad you made up your mind and will be waiting your feedback about the JB4 ..
in regard to "Detection and traceability" here is the reply from juice company:
" The JB4 features a simple plug and play installation harness and built in deletion of hidden "tuner detection" codes"
i shouldn't get any call from my dealer!
however ,tunning your car involves RISKS..and i am willing to take that risk!..

discussing is different than arguing...some newbies here need those discussions!

+1...too much power without any other modifications!
I remember coming across an article last year.
According to most tuning specialists, 60-80 hp increase without any other supporting modifications such as: Air Intake, Intercooler, oil cooler, etc. is safe...but if u go above that, U need to support it cuz after a while, the gear, engine and many other parts will start falling apart due to the heat and the excessive torque.

I will order the JB+ for my 135i as i am not really looking for a very high boost iam just looking to gain 20-40 hp. My whole concern is the fault dashboard signals that i might get from this tune. I just would like to know does it may cause such faults to the ECU although it doesnt really work on it.plz advise me..
Ehssan by looking back at Moe's comment i belive u r the one who is gnna install it for me once i get it.. ofcourse if u dont mind ;)..

Most welcome anytime dude ,, JB+ is really good for ppl who's looking for 30 to 50 HP , there will be no dashboard error's what so ever ,, I can guarantee that ..
Moe is selling his JB+ , check with him if you guys can finalize the deal , why pay $250 and wait for the shipping , when you can get cheaper and in the same day ... and I can help you with the installation ,, seriously it's like 3 minutes job specially when the engine bay is cold ..

Latest updates on our 135 as quoted
so here we come again...
I've done few runs, different conditions/maps to compare between all the dyno runs I've done before...
so basicly I can say that with my current mods without meth compared to my old downpipe mod:
map 0, gained 28.33whp/5.87wtq (JB3 disable, means stock)
map 3, gained 63.98whp/17.01wtq
map 5, gained 51.90whp/19.52wtq
and you do the calculation of the rest.. ;)Attached FilesLast edited by designo; 30-12-2010, 10:56 AM.

and just putting a comparison of my max whp with VP103, and max with pump gas.
on all runs with the JB3 1.4 version low-end whp/wtq was higher than the 2.0 version...
anyway, I didn't bother fixing the low-end as the new JB4 went in after the dyno run ...
should be dyno testing it sometime soon with pump gas/meth, and then later with VP109/methAttached Files

Hi Guys, I have recently joined this forum.
I was reading up online about the "golf tee mod" which some enthisiasts are doing to thier 335i's and wanted to get some feedback from the experts on this forum about any positive or negative effects.. Apparently its a cheap way to improve the exhaust sound.
And it turns out that my 335i has this done by disconnection of the exhuast actuator valve cable. I read somewhere that this method achieves the same objective. Btw i recently bought this car from gentleman who didnt even know much about this car and picked it up only because the AGMC saleman convinced him its better than a 325i ( which he came to buy)....anyways, i must admit my 335i sounds good, but i always thought it was standard.
What do you all think, should i re connect it? Does it have any adverse effects? Thanks!
P.s i would like to get jb+ and mtech rear diffuser locally. Anyone selling?
