r u serious about the appointment system?! DAMN... I was realyl counting on that working! I dont have the patience nor the time to sit for 4 hours in que!

i showed up at 6:30 & got my ticket at 7:45.. after that there's no real queue, you just sit & wait for your number to be called.. you can go kill time or whatever you know :)

you can show up at 7:30, so you don't queue for long.. by 8:00 you'll have a ticket & most probably it would take till afternoon to call your number.. you come back at 12:00 or so to check on it, and get your lunch with you!

ok here an update on the speed of service :D

from 7:50 till 8:30 the speed was approx 45 clients/hour
from 8:30 till 9:10 the speed was approx 23 clients/hour
from 9:10 till 10:40 the speed was approx 27 clients/hour

alright guys, they called my number at 12:00pm and i tell you, they became much slower after 11:00!

and guess what, the lady tried to scan my barcode and it didn't work :( coz i printed it through an inkjet printer, whereas it has to be done using a laser printer.. that's very important watch out!

but the lady was kind enough :bow: to take me to the printing counters & re-type my information (40 DHS) and then go directly to her counter without a new ticket :)

then the thing wasn't bad at all.. i was out by 1:00pm! 6.5 hours but finally i'm done :)
