I think 305 is very wide for an M3, it's already too wide on an M5 unless you have the perfect offset

This is exactly what I thought and afraid off but HRE advised me that this is the best sizes based on the wheel sizes they are manufacturing for me...

Also you have to watch out for your rolling diameter, it has to be as close to the oem as possible as not to throw off your speedometer and DSC. But if HRE recommended these sizes then they should be fine... but it is a good idea to check first, just to be safe

regarding overall diameter, check what tirerack recommends, and then double check versus OEM size yourself..

try to be within +/- 2% off the OEM overall diameter

this is a good tool to check: http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit

I got the following difference for the rear tire:
                      Diameter Difference: 1.15%

HRE also informed me that as soon as the wheels are manufactured, they install them in a simillar car as mine along with the tire sizes that I will purcashe to make sure that everthing is ok.........hope they are serious about that..

                        1.15% is good
                        what about the fronts?

watch out they sometimes do that just to check for their own interest & in order to snap photos for marketing etc.. but i'm sure HRE will clean them & make sure you get them as good as new :)

I called Michelin dealer in Abu Dhabi to ask him about the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 and the sizes which I have chosen as well.........Imagine that his answer was Michelin doesn't support run flat tire for the 20''...........can you believe that..........
