E90 M3 - A new beginning !

For the last 1 year I had an ongoing idle issue that made me almost hate the car , it was an a combination of problems caused by cheap exhaust mods / service skipping , and I finally got rid off after a decent investment on an x-pipe ( fabspeed) , test pipes (Evolve ) , and a decent 3 days service at a (decent) workshop :$

I suddenly fell in love with the M all over again and decided that its about time to do the next thing , modding the car ...properly :)

I broke my piggy bank and found enough funds to do the following during OCT/NOV then a brake kit later on DEC :

Exterior :

• ARKYM front bumper
• Side Skirts Extensions
• Full paint job to Battleship Grey ( had a huge debate over other variants - Nimbus grey or aviator grey - but settled on the battleship grey )
• OEM ZCP 19" Wheels
• CSL Trunk
• LCI Euro Tails

Interior :

• BMW M performance steering wheel
• ZHP weighted knob

Drive-train :

• Harrop TVS 1740 Supercharger ! - The first positive Displacement SC for the E9x platform ever ( I have the unit #14 World wide )
• Rod Bearing service kit WPC w/ARP studs
• Various sensors & valves to be changed in order to start fresh boosted ;)
• Front & rear Control/toe arms upgrade ( Turner )
• CSF Race Radiator
• M24 Oil Cooler
• Bullet Exhaust ( valvtronic ) all the way from kuwait :)

I have started receiving the parts for the last week or so , and now i'm going through the dilemma of finding the best workshop(s) to do each one of these installations for me , I need your help fellas on where should I go mainly for :

- The body work - paint job
- The Engine /SC / Rod Bearing job / maintenance parts

I must admit this car is going to be scary to drive with on the road!! That is some serious overhaul!

I've got one question though, are those butterflies installed after the muffler and before the end of the tips? Correct me if I'm wrong.

04/10 Update : Just Ordered the NBT retrofit Kit Customized for the E90 ///M :) - Via Ehsaan

Just received The Euro cluster Gauge overlay and the Euro Headlight switch to enable the fog light and the front PDC retrofit kit :)









ALso , as I was the first in the UAE to install the DTM Raptor Headlights :P it can only be fair to be the first one getting ( The BMW ICONIC LED Style Kit )




just ordered the kit , dunno about fitment and all but its going to be custom alright :)

I really hope to get this done on time for the Bimmerfest however the biggest obstacle is basically the paint job , I settled to do the job at Polimar workshop and those fellas don't play ! They need 30 Days ! a whole month to get the paint job done :\

They will remove all panels, interior , bumpers , engine ..everything to the bare shell

and the cost , well its still cheaper than just trade in for a 2016 new M3 ! lol

So today was the body inspection/quotation visit with the goodfellas @ POLIMAR :)





45 min later & 36 points inspection form filled ! I gave them the code for the color I previously chosen

Lamborghini Grigio Telesto
Years used : 2005-0000
Paint code on car : LAMBOR-0098 - PPG code : 0098

and it looked exactly like this



Which was the color i'm after ....however it turned out that for just an additional 4K I can get this !
