Here's a fine example of a panning shot, look how you can see the motion in the pic..
I know im no better than you, yet still im giving my honest opinion, dont mind about it :)
to get such pic u need a customized rig and a good camera.
such rigs need lots and lots of practice in addition to imagination.
FYI the car in this pic was doing around 5 km/h only !
