Whats up with this place!!!! Public sector get 6 days of holiday but private get only 2 why is that i mean.......... What we none nationals dont have a life,or dont wanna travel i mean COME ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's not like that, it's cause private companies exist for a reason & they can't afford long & unnecessary holidays :)

I get 5 weeks a year but they dont pay overtime, we gather TOIL (time off in liue) and this year I have had an extra 4 weeks off.
9 weeks holiday plus I'm on a 37 hour week, so start at 7.30 and finish at 2.30 Sunday to Thursday.

i only get 20 working days off :( i've taken 5-6 days so far, and i should be saving the rest for Christmas break
