Thats one thig i hate here about the GCC area! Cars get worn out so quickly because of the sun! I'm drooling over the Porsche 993 Turbo! few of them there, all in amaaaazing condition!!! I would so buy one if it was this clean here in GCC area!!!
Not really. Cars here look really worn because many owners cannot be bothered to take proper care of them.

Take a look at the sports cars in http://www.sgcarmart.com and see how Singaporeans take care of their cars. Most are in much better shape than their counterparts here, and mostly because they are detailed and maintained properly

                Here are some examples:

                2005 Toyota MR-S
2005 Evo 9 GSR <-- show me a 2006 Evo 9 in UAE that looks this clean
                2004 BMW 330ci
2000 BMW 318CiA <-- an MY2000 in this condition is common.
                1991 Mitsubishi GTO
                1998 BMW Z3

I've been here 3 years and have hardly found a handful of cars that are well cared for. In Singapore, cars are vulnerable to bird crap, tree sap, humidity, and rain (tends to be acidic due to nearby industrial areas), so it is not that easy to keep a car in great condition as well

AED75k definitely on the high side considering what you can get from the US these days
