Well, my point is that am not gonna waste 6000 dhs on one track day if they will be completely worn out by the time the track day is over.

You already have the slicks mounted and balanced. Burn them up. I dont see why you wouldnt drive it to the event (15KM one way).

Once done, put the semis on. The R888s will last you a whole season. They wear like iron. The slicks on the other hand will wear like butter but thats fine. Enjoy them :)
