I m talking about the front. It must be illegal but so many peoples do it. Which is quiet dangerous by the way.

Using only the front fogs is not illegal, many people use it.. But the cops keep an eye if you're using only the fogs on the highway, they might even pull you over and ask you to on the headlights as well..
