Negative camber doesn't necessarily mean inner shoulder wear, negative camber with toe-in/out scrapes the tires inner shoulder. Negative camber alone doesn't eat up at tires inner should in 10,000KMs.
Always check your alignment settings and tire pressure. Inner (tread) wear is due to over inflation and outer (shoulder) wear is due to under inflation, that's as far as pressure goes. Alignment is what you prefer or OEM specs.
