I ordered some factory parts from the BMW dealership in Al Ain and had a slightly similar experience. But they only required 50% of the cost up front as a deposit, and the balance on delivery. I didn't have any installation scheduled with them, as I am just going to do it myself, so don't know if they would have required the 50% deposit or not if I had scheduled it through them. They were significantly more user friendly than AGMC, who would ignore you in their showroom if you didn't look like you could pay cash for a new x6.Comment
