I've just had Inspection II carried out, so I can definitely sympathise with you on this one, but it shouldn't really come as a surprise. It seems that all so-called "premium" products come with the promise of overpriced aftercare, whether its cars or condo's. At least with the X-Centre you get good, intelligent service for your (considerable) money, which is more than I can say for the agent who rent me my flat...
