I agree with Ayham on this... Great day to have a general assembly. Great platform to re-inforce the club mission, vision and values... Renewal/New memberships can be processed. cards/give aways etc... can be handed out....and networking amongst member can be facilitated!... I say this event has to reach out to as much as BMW enthusiasts as possible...So lets spend the next two weeks marketing it!

Ayham, I also think we should re-inforce our monthly board meetings to review club performance and strategy. We gotta be committed to meet atleast for an hour once every month to discuss club strategies/issues etc.... (i remember we had decided on the first wednesday of every month..)Current

I know....We stopped meeting cuz it's been summer time = practically no activities. We're implementing whatever these meets recommended now, focusing on motorsports this season to build a base of track drivers; mission almost accomplished. From 2 drivers to 9 now and the season isn't over yet + the HPDS. But I agree, we need to start meeting again.
As for treasury, I'm still handling it ATM. Want to balance out everything before the handover.Comment
