i am not considering to modify(engine or visual) my babe which is totally original (save for the exhaust)...i may even put the original exhausts back...

on the other hand i may consider to upgrade the navi, and get the wheels painted to gunmetal...nothing else.

i am not driving her nowadays...waiting for the winter :)

How can we upgrade the Navi of E39 M5 ? Any hints wud be appreciated... :bow:

Moreover Hasan, why are you waiting for winter ? Its a strong car and can bare the heat, dont worry, since you've paid for it, I think you shud rip every penny out of it and have fun :)

There is different things you can do to upgrade your navigation... either change the unit from a MKII to a MKIII or MKIV (depending on what you have) or you can change the firmware (I've done this on the 330 I used to have)

How can I find out what MK Ive got ?? Also where can i get it upgraded ?
I want to upgrade it to the latest availble... any hints petrol ?

do you mean update the software or the entire thing. I reckon you should have one of the latest models.
