        Actually I've seen this happen here in Dubai back in late 80's or early 90's (don't remember when exactly), but it was raining hard and windy and one min the truck was next us on the road, then the next min it has flown off the road into sand

                That's not weird at all, it's a wall that's perpendicular to the wind direction and is not fixed to the ground and hinged instead.
