Formula-1 in Bahrain....Question about seating!

Hello,

I was looking into buying tickets to the Bahrain F-1 race in March. Any idea which seating areas are the best? specially for those who have been there before.

From my experience, best place to sit is where there is a turn or "S" curve! In other words, not straight line cause u will barely see the cars! :)

I checked the www.bahraingp.com and it seems that "Oasis Complex" is the best, Or these 2 options: "Turn 1 Grandstand" & "University Grandstand - S1".

Any VIP seating? I'm just looking for the indoor option ;)

I think the Oasis Complex, gives you maximum coverage. Ayham and Rami sat there last year and I'm sure they'll let you know more. If you want a pit pass to the Support pits, let me know. I think they will be around 120 BD and will include hospitality. I got to see a lot of the F1 drivers last year.

Don't take anything less than an indoor seating with TV coverage! Seriously, I'd be crazy to repeat last year's mistake...the "worst" seats and leg room you could ever think of multiplied by 10...not to mention there's no practical shade...

You wanna do it, do it the expensive way and rejoyce later.

Can u name the section u mentioned with indoor etc. Are these available online? on same bahraingp website?

Best seating on the whole circuit is the Oasis complex (other than the VIP rooms)... I think section B or C has the TV right across from you. You get to see the cars coming in from one of the chicanes (overtaking opportunities) going downhill and on to the back straight, and then into a tight left hand turn (another overtaking place)

I also emailed the website info asking about details for VIP tickets. Lets see if they reply, otherwise it seems like the oasis complex is the place to be! Hopefully i will find seats! I need 2.

Guys the website seating location lists Oasis Complex as an option. but when u go to buy the tickets there is no Oasis Complex!

Which is it? is it the Batelco Grandstand which is one level cheaper than main grandstand?

I really have no source in Bahrain to know :(
