Gotta fix a sunroof! Help needed!

Long time fellas!
Been busy looking for jobs !
I just landed one though ! :D As a Marketing & Communications Executive !
Well thats for other threads!

Alright here's the deal, A friend of mine drives am old supra . . 96 model i guess, but whatever . . the dude wants to get a sunroof done for his car . . .
1. Is that possible ?
2. If 'yes' then is there a place he could go?
3. For a good clean and cheap job

Congrats on the job Hiten !

About your friend, a sunroof is possible but if your friend is in to performance then it's a downside to the car since it adds a lot of weight in a very sensitive area. It increases the cars center of gravity, wich sacrifices handling greatly.

Another downside, you are sacrificing the structural ridgity of the car .

I wouldnt support this, but heres my o.2$ . If it's not done properly though, it'll start causing rust problems and water leaks.

I told him myself that it's not worth getting done - and you highlighted some of the more serious problems.

This is his 'showcar':blah: and he's got another vehicle for performance.

The choice is anyhow his completely, and he seems quite stuck on getting himself a sunroof.

Now it comes down to where to go - to get it done?

any ideas?

not a good idea, it won't be healthy if done. and i don't think anyone can do it here.

Well if there's one place who'd be able to fix one, it's called Al Mohandes. But I assume it's dependant on whether they can locate a used unit for his supra.

But I wouldn't do it..
