having sold the cupra i am on hunt for a 996 nowadays

what do u guys know about Porsches in uae?

any place for pre-purchase inspection?

i need any kind of info, buying tips, advices, especially about 996 turbos

Honestly speaking i dont have much idea about Porsches, but Nabil or elchemor are the right people to answer here.. Elchemor is selling his Boxter S 986 for cheap, you might wanna take a look or call Nabil directly to get some info on the spot, that man is very helpful :)

Its a garage, you will see many different cars over there !! However, their main customers are Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche

My advice would be buy something with warranty! Some porsches have an upto 9 year warranty contract, I bought mine from Al Nabooda, although im not a fan of all the porsche dealers but buying a car from them is better than buying is from anywhere else, if the car is out of warranty but you buy it from Al Nabooda they will give you a 1 year warranty.

For pre inspection I would take it to ARM or TAM.

996 Turbo is a great car but kills in maintainance, I would suggest you visit the part section in Nabooda and have a random check on spare parts and ask about prices of Service.

The price of a porsche was never the problem (thanks to Auto loans) the problem is running the car, check out insurance rates first.

i don't think it's a very wise decision to invest in a used porsche unless it's something like 2-3 years old with low mileage & plenty of warranty remaining..

P.S. i don't have personal experience to support my advice though :)
