Coming from a business background for a change here :hi: to be specific- Operations information management and decision support system, which falls under the umbrella of BBA.

Working for Thomson Reuters recently moved into the Product Specialist field taking care of one of their financial products for Middle East and Africa. based in DIFC and Media city sometimes. Just for the record I'm no news reporter or spy, since i look after on of those financial information products that they sell to financial institutions and etc... on top of that i enrolled myself in a MBA program ( not very pleased with that)

I'm also heavily involved in the automotive industry coming from my father who runs a rent a car, workshop, second hand spare parts (everyone's favorite scrap yard), and a cargo agent company...

Ayham is on a roll today

I originally started in Banking and Finance with a Higher Diploma and then a Bachelors in business administration, Started my career in Banks and spent a good deal of time there but in the call centre section of it, from there I took call centres and Customer service as an industry to belong to, I moved to some other financial organizations but as customer service manager/Head of customer service, took a chance in Training and thats where I excelled and became known in the industry for my training and consultancy, I continued my studies by availing my MBA in Marketing. During this period I worked with 10s and 10s of companies in different indstries and feilds, telecommunication, airlines, tourism, financial, development etc, then I started my own Company that provides Training, Consultancy, building and designing and anything related to Customer Service and the Contact Centre industry, we have recently moved to other Trainins like Sales, Buisness Ethics, Leadership, Adobe CS and many more.

this is as far as i understand (correct me if i am wrong) a public forum, where people share ideas on how to make the bmw lifestyle better and more pleasurable and enjoyable..where we benefit from others mistakes and learn from our own ,share experiences..all in a common goal to make everything and everyone better, not the opposite.. do i need to remind everyone of all the laughs we had and how many times we shared food and shisha together..how many times we all stayed up late to fix anothers friend (brother) issues?? This is what makes a community, us, people..a common understanding and fellowship..respect

Blimey, that sort of training is desperately needed here! Customer Service and Call Cente service is terrible, so go do your thing Nabil!

Joking buddy.....But each to their own. You're purely hooked on the styling, whereas I'm a sucker for sports cars of all sorts on all levels! I'm intrigued with engine internals and dimensions of various parts, suspension fine tuning and geometry, heat dissipation, aerodynamics, gearing and drivetrain, and the whole lot. Almost any sports car draws a VERY wide smile on my face, if not screaming laughter. Ask Haissam, hee seems to know all about it. Be it Japanese, American, or German...

Afternoon guys, sorry I haven't managed to upload any photos, had late one in the office then went for shisha and watched some Champions League...

Following on, I graduated from an international school in Oman after doing the International Baccalaureate examination and went on to study a Double Major in 'Economics & Management Studies' at Sussex University in the U.K. After I graduated I joined a graduate program with an international bank (Standard Chartered Bank). The program was for 2 years and followed the Wholesale track(Investment Banking side). I spent a year on the trading floor with Interest Rate Derivative Options and Market Risk, and some time sent doing boring Operations. I graduated this July and have joined the Corporate Finance department where I work within Structured Trade Finance. Although I do miss the hustle and bustle of the trading floor I really enjoy my field :)
