Welcome on board. Ohhhhh e28. I love this segment. I was a kid in a small town when I saw my first e28 335 . Rumors immediately spread that it was fastest car in the world.

The old 5's are great I love the 3.5 E28's- great car to drive- not refined by today's standards but quick enough, handle well and the M30 is a solid torquey engine in quite a light car- and very reliable - but I do wish I'd bought an E28 M5 a few years ago when they were "cheap"

Problem is for the older BMW's (in the UK anyway) is rust!!

If I saw an E28 for sale I've here I would have to buy it! But I'd still love another E34 M5.

That's a nice looking E34  but my wife would leave me if I came home
with it without selling the M3 first!

Does anybody have any more details on the car? I don't have access to PM Alaa for more info?

                      Welcome to the Forum Robbo!!
Lovely E34's you had. IMO they are the best BMW's built.

The E34 I have for sale is brought in from Japan few months ago, was not planning on selling as I wanted to have both the 3.6 and my current 3.8
RFS - I am starting a new project car and wont have funds to keep the 3.6
Its has complete new suspension on the front and few tune up parts waiting to be installed. All electronics work like they should.
If you're serious and want to know more or to view the car give me a call. 050 - FourFiveOneOneFiveNineNine

Nice collection of e28, e34 and e39s! Didnt the e60 tickle your fancy when you came to dubai? What made you buy the e46 vs the e60?

Cheers and welcome to the club!

You know I really thought hard about an E60 M5 but I decided against it.

As you can see from my history I'm a kind of old school guy- I did all of the work on my previous cars myself and that's part of the enjoyment of owning a car for me to be honest.

The E60 was just a bit too new and a bit to complicated for me- and the potential repair bills once out of warranty really sealed it.

I'm comfortable with E39 or E46 M series cars (or older!)- the S62 is only an M60 engine with fancy bits

The S54 is only an M50 with fancy bits.

Same goes for the S36 in the E34 M5 it's just a highly modified M30 which is a simple engine to work on.

The E46 is the first car I have used INPA, DIS, WINKPF etc. on (updated SMG software) which I wasn't that comfortable doing but it the flashing worked and I have CSL rev match and the inertia fix done in the SMG ECU which made a huge difference to the way the car drives

I just need to update the DME to the CSL version so I always get the downshift blips.

But I'm happier using a spanner than a computer on my cars!!
