Previous lurker new poster.

Had my E46 M3 for just over year and a half now.

Work done so far.....as this is an older car and as usual some abuse had taken place.

Replaced shocks with genuine M3
New Steering rack BMW OEM
All bushings replaced with polyurethane ones
Sub frame reinforced with Turner Motor sports reinforcement kit
Engine mounts upgraded to Vibratechnic
Springs lowered with H&R
Wheels painted gunmetal grey
Brake Calipers painted Yellow
Chrome Front grill replaced with Carbon fibre one
Side Grills replaced with Carbon fibre
Fog light housings replaced with Carbon fibre and lights with smoked lenses
Rear Diffuser replaced by Carbon fibre CSL copy
Front Carbon fibre lip added
Upgraded Diff Bolts holding to subframe
New rear axles
Dinan 3.9 ratio Differential
Dinan throttle bodies
Dinan Exhaust
Dinan SMG software
Dinan front and rear strut bars
Dinan Stage 4 tune
Evolve CSL carbon fibre Airbox
Evolve Alpha N tune to replace the Dinan tune (Maf-less now)
Carbon fibre SMG shifters
Aluminium and Alcantara Handbrake

Theres many more annoying things for me to fix as well as improve in the future (plans):

Transmission mounts (vibratechnics)

Carbon fibre CSL roof
Vanos upgrade (bullet proofing)
Trailing arms

Thats some good work done on the car, but i have to agree with Bruno....your tail lights need an upgrade too ;)

I was just going to comment on that 3.9 Differential <3 <3 but your tail lights stole the spotlight! They have to go, and quickly!

Thats some good work done on the car, but i have to agree with Bruno....your tail lights need an upgrade too ;)

Aha, thats because I ordered the retrofit LED ones (as earlier models had normal bulbs before the LED's), but for some reason Paypal/Ebay declined, so I wanted a full silver black look so I though I would try these out until I could get the LED ones.

They sucked I have the origionals back in now, until I get a set of LED's.

On a side note the Evolve tune arrived last night so going to reflash the ECU tonight, do a couple of runs then Dyno her again to see the difference, aim is 300 WHP NA, before further mods.

So as an update,

Uploaded the new EvolveR Alpha-N tune, what a difference!
Took the car for a quick spin or 8, it pulls soo much harder now and seems seriously quicker.

Finally the noise from the Airbox and exhaust are to die for!

Inshallah, I will appear at a event when I can. I get everything done at MMW I know others have had issues but personally I have had nothing but good service and work by Ashley.
And thats who is the official Dinan distributor so I like warranty.....as opposed to ebay specials.
