    Intro and a question

    Hi All,
    My name is Hamid. I just moved to Dubai from Texas. I own a 2011 X5 4.8i. Love this forum since I don't know much about Dubai and where to go to get things done to my vehicle. I had a question. I am looking to buy some all weather rubber floor mats to fit my X5. I have been to few auto stores in Al Qaises area but no one seem to have any that will fit my car. Is there a place other than stealer dealer to buy them?
    Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

    If you are looking for OEM mats, you would have to buy them online from ebay or amazon.

    Otherwise, I am not sure if there any generic floor mats out these that will fit an X5.

      Hey welcome to the club! You can get some 3M car nomad mats online locally . If you want on the next drive i can show them to you, they are in my range rover and very good quality. They are universal.

        Thank you guys for your kind responses. I am actually going back for visit to Texas next month so I will pick them up. Dealers there are much more reasonable in States than here in Dubai. Everything is 3 times the cost at the Agency in Dubai. Don't know why?

        Also, I started a new thread on finding a good honest mechanic for BMW in Sharjah or Dubai. Do you guys have any recommendations? I have some sort of a fluid leak. I suspect the power steering fluid but I am not totally sure. Thanks in advance.
