Hello. I have a 1988/89 635 CSI which is in really good shape body and interior wise, however need to source some mechanical parts. BMW have quoted prices for new parts, which are astronomical and unfortunately I can't find anyone who supplies recons over here. Does anyone know of a recon parts supplier here, or one from UK/Europe that would ship parts to this region?

The parts in question are:

1) ABS 34511154996
2) Power steering 32131132757

If I can't source these, then may have to sell :(

HI Yvonne, firstly welcome, post some pics of your ride too :) you need to get in touch with Ayham or Bruno on this forum they will probably be your best source for those type of parts.....

Both the ABS hydro unit and power steering gearbox are specific the post 1982 E24s. If there are any parts cars around, I'm sure Ayham can find it and that will be your best bet. If not, ebay may be the answer:

Welcome to the good ship "money pit", get yourself a shop and ship account from (can't say the vendor as they are not a sponsor, but you will figure it out), it will help you when you buy parts overseas

Welcome Abroad !!! and good luck with the search... Ayham has a E24 in his shop so he will be the man to help you out...
I can direct you to my parts dealer but i think these 2 OEM parts would cost around 20 to 24 thousand Derhams.. Check sharjah also you might f ind some, there I think Ayham can also help... Again Good luck and Welcome abroad..
