one of the best icons BMW has produced.

What's the mileage on it? What's the repair list like?

                  Thanks guys.

@Ayham: milage is around 200K kms on a BMW M73 engine which is nothing IMO.
There is no major mechanical issue, engine is smooth as silk, but put it this way that i am giving second life to it, complete body work, complete steering, suspension, full interior restoration etc etc.... the list is long and needs a lot of money and time but i guess its all worth it!

First i am getting the body and engine done, once my pocket is healed ill get the steering, front & rear end re-done with lowered suspension and few other things, after that full interior restoration, then it comes to performance parts... all in all i think its a year long project (depends on pocket)

Today i went to bodyshop to check the progress, that bas@#$D did wrong color on it, although its not finished but i have stopped the work, this weekend i am going to inspect another garage...... once i am satisfied with the garage then will move my car there, i dont want lier who says BMW original paint only to save AED 2,000/- when i am giving him decent amount to get the body work done.

It only came out in Platinum edition 850ci.

"Leather Nappa lemon (no. 2 275 507)" & the Nubuk leather for headliner

Headliner alone was additional AED 10,000 option back then, this material is not available now anywhere in the world, the leather for seat and doors is only available at one place in Switzerland and its costing around 120 Swiss Francs per sqm with hides being between 2.5 and 5 sqm.
