Hi All,
I'm looking forward to owning my first Beamer soon. I've been lurking around the forums since quite some time, drooling at the numerous pictures of the rides here.

I've always been fascinated by the way Beamers have been built, especially the M3 and M5, and would love to own one of 'em one day.

Some of you may know me from Evolve and Uaeboost. I own a Nissan Tiida 2006 Hatchback, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2001 which will be sold by Saturday.

Thanks for the warm welcome all!

I've changed my mind about the M3 as I'm getting married at the end of the year, and need those funds! But I'll start looking for an M3 by December, and hope to bag it by January/February.

I do have a query though...I'm not sure if I should post it here or create a new thread. Even though the M3 was a US spec auto, with only 240 HP, what's the closest E36 that's not an M, performance wise, as I'd be happy to settle for one of those! Even one with an engine swap would do, as long as it passes Tasjeel.

Secondly, the only reason I can go for a regular M3 (manual) is because I don't have a manual license :(.

Nothing from NA engines comes closest to an M, Period !

Unless we're talking about FI engines (new cars like E92), you could bag any and push the boost with a couple of mods and a tune..
