I am new to this forum...but I’m so glad there is a forum out here in the UAE that brings BMW fanatics!! all together :orderarrived:
I recently moved here from the UK!! I am now living in Dubai!! at first i was worried about buying a BMW, as i heard there are not many RELIABLE garages and qualified BMW mechanics around... But that all changed thanks to SHAK! from X Service Centre!!!!! this guy is a real BMW LEGEND!! he really knows what he’s talking about...i suppose in the UAE it is rare to find a qualified and an experienced mechanic...and not forgetting trained In the UK!! (United Kingdom)
I Initially talked to SHAK over the phone as i had a query in regards to a Z3 2.8i..He encouraged me to get the car checked at the garage to see if it's got any faults...my first impression of the car was it sounds sweet and Drives smoothly...but eventually when SHAK had finished assessing it..it turned out the Auto gear box was on its way out! it also had rear springs from another car...there was an oil leak from the engine and the list just goes on.....well what im trying to say...he bloody saved me an arm and a leg over 6K!!! expenditure..He’s a down to earth guy and would really do anything save you spending any money.. simply putting it an honest mechanic..and the staff at the X Service centre are a joy to deal with...Very professional indeed!!...i would encourage everyone to speak to X service centre for any problems they may be having with their beeema...oh did i forget to mention...SHAK was kind enough to check my car during his lunch break!!!...what guy huh..... :0
Anyway i’m in the middle of buying a 528i so if anyone knows anything about them..I would love to hear from them....
