Hi guys,

I've been an active poster over on the Bimmerpost Forums for the last few months, and came across a thread earlier about a BMW Club. I did suspect that it wouldn't be well organised and never gave it any thought.

I am happy to see that you all proved me wrong and that this forum is very active and there are many BMW fans in the UAE.

I bought my first car this year and decided on the 2008 335i Convertible (E93), and am absolutely in love with it. I'm half English and half Jordanian and have lived in Dubai for over 2 years now, I grew up in Oman previously.

I'd love to come to the events, unfortunately I have CFA this December which occupies my time after work and on the weekends for the next few weeks, in between that I have to try to keep my demanding gf happy. But damn!! Those events sound SWEET

Hey Zaiman, to the club. Yes, this forum is very well organised and professional and as you say that's thanks to the admin guys who keep the site running and keep us all on our best behavior! They might tell you off once in a while (:joking: mods!) but they're harmless really ;)

Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), its a qualification that people in the financial industry can get. Oh and yeah, I work in a bank

which level are you at in the certification? good luck that's one hectic and PITA task to acquire

I'm sitting Level 1, I did sit it in June and failed, but I only studied the week before. That isn't exactly in line with the 180 hours they recommend you study to be able to pass.

i have the CFA lined up after finishing off with my MBA which will
be done in May... i heard the 2 and 3rd levels are easier.. no?
