Yas Marina Circuit - Track Day - 23rd Dec.

Hello everybody,

There are 2 open track events this month at Yas Marina Circuit. Couple of BMW enthusiast and I from Alkhobar, Saudi will be going to the evening open track on the 23rd - can't make it to the full day open track on the 18th :( otherwise would like to attend both.

I would like to see if any of you guys is interested to participate.. Would be cool to meet you guys and have fun. Saw couple of vids and now I can't wait for the event to come.

I am wondering should I call and pay the fees by phone or just show up at that day? How did you guys do it the last time.

Anyways, if you plan to attend list your name and car so I can recognize you guys :)

By the way, I just found out that there is a drifting event on the 24th. I'll try to make it and if I don't see some of you on the 23rd, I hope I'll catch you on the 24th In sha2 Allah!

I was there driving the pace car. We started with just 2 cars in the novice class and 6 in intermediate class, then grew to 5 and maybe 8. Which was good as I had a chance to take my daughter out in a radical for hot laps.

just wanna note that race pads are must to track a street car...

Sounds like you enjoyed it! I should've rented out a radical.. but I don't know if that's even possible.


Can't make it to the one in 1st of Jan. I have to work..

I plan to go to the one in Feb. and attend the Formula Drift on Friday the 25 :)

Also, I heard it's not recommended to deviate away from factory approved DOT brake fluid rating! Is that true?
