Yas Exotic Drag Racing at Yas Marina Circuit!

Up coming events at the Yas Drag Racing Centre, located at Yas Marina Circuit.

Next competitive event is the Yas Exotic Drag Racing, taking place this Friday 17 December. All drivers can access the state of the art Yas Drag Racing Centre where cars and bikes can go head to head in tournament-style eliminations and the chance to win prize money!

Competitors - Competitors may arrive anytime from 2.30pm, two rounds of qualifying at 5pm & 7pm, registration closes at 7.15pm and the racing will finish at 10.30pm. Car and bike technical inspections apply.

Spectators - Gates open for spectators from 2.30pm –10.30pm.

Tickets - Tickets are available at the Yas Drag Centre Ticket Box Office on the day - competitors 300 AED, spectators 30 AED. Kids 12 and under are free.

We run Open Drag Racing Nights regularly. This gives drivers the opportunity to unleash the power of their tuned cars and bikes in a practice-testing format. As far as I understood , its a drag not a drift. Where HP and gear shifting is crucial. Correct me if Im wrong

My friend did it last week... They put the cars in categories based on their engines... Also, from what I understand there is a limit for each category of how many HP you can have, as not to have an unfair advantage against other cars in the same category.... However one disappointing this about this event, is that hardly any exotic cars showed up, mainly your run of the mill japanese cars and american cars, a few Porsches, no BMW... and 1 Ferrari (my friend)
