Buy Wheel Spacers in UAE?

Hi All,
Anyone know if one can get wheel spacers here in Dubai (UAE)? I could order online I know but I'm not sure of the measurements and the look I want yet so better if there is a local dealer.

Motor Sport Wheels carry H&R spacers...But they're very overpriced.
