Removing Sieve Inset in Tailpipes of Exhaust

    Gentleman,

    short question..

As you know i have the Hamann Cans (silent Version).

Now the have this sieve insets (i dont konw if thats the right word for it) in all four tailpipes.

As my exhaust could be a "little" bit louder i was thinking about to get rid of them! I already talked to Christian Reuter and he told me that the Exhaust would be louder! It works in the same way like in this Japanese Exhaust where you can bold in a "Silencer" to make it quieter..

Most probably only this "INSETS" are the difference between the silent and the loud version!

NOWWWW my question is.. HOW TO GET RID OF THEM??? So how can i get them out there? Most probably they are welded with points!! So any idea who can remove them for me and how?

    Thanx :bmwbest:

    You mean "inserts"??

I would think that to remove them is to destroy your muffler!
