Any good garage recommendation for Japanese imported bmw? (E39) 2001 540i

Hi guys, I am new here and I am wondering if anyone have any good recommendation of garage for check-up and repairing of bmw E39 2001.

This is the car of my friend that I wish to buy from him but I just want to know what I am getting into.

Could anyone shed some light of the cost of maintenance of E39 that is 15 years old?

I don't think any workshop will give you their opinion without charging for it. So you might be better off going to the one you think you can trust.

In terms of pricing, you are more likely to get what you pay for. Generally, the workshops in Sharjah are less expensive. And the ones in Ajman even more so.

The maintenance requirements are quite standard for every car. Just download the owners manual and it should give you a very good guide as to what needs to be done. However, it is up to you to decide how you want to maintain and run your car.

Nope. I don't trust my workshop in Ajman or Sharjah. That is primarily because I have never had any work done there.

I have always got my car serviced from Shak at Octane. If you have time, visit him and have a look around his workshop. If he fails to inspire confidence, he doesn't deserve your business.
