CCC Fail - No audio - No button functionality

Gents,

my 2007 E90 with Professional Navigator and Logic Audio 7 sound has got problems with the CCC. The unit has an intermittent fault resulting in frequent loss of sound and functionality, rebooting etc. Typically it's good for 2 hours or so then, on other days it continuously reboots.......

Anyone any recommendations on how to fix this in the UAE? Would consider the CIC upgrade as an option.

check and replace the fuse linked to it. that should be step 1.

It's a cold soldering issue. Very known problem.

I suggest you to update your unit to NBT and not CIC, NBT is much better and total cost will not kill you.
