I thought the Volkswagen R32 has around 243 BHP and my BMW 330Ci 2005 Convertible has around 230 BHP right? The other day I was driving on Emirates Road and an R32 was trying to race me so we were next to each other, we hit the pedal to metal and that gugy just zoomed off and left me in the dust. then he let me get past him and he was behind me, I can see his aggressive LED/HID front headlights mean look and again, vooooooom, he smokes me....
What gives? is it the little extra BHP on that car plus the fact that it's lighter?
I never understood why people buy VW Golf/R32, I mean it's expensive, doesn't have any luxury feel to it, looks like an overpriced hatchback to me, maybe I'm wrong, I never drove one, just don't know what's so special about them and why would one buy an R32 vs an M3 for example
