    Castrol Edge 10w60

    Just wondering where can we get Castrol Edge 10w60? I have been using Castrol Edge Sport 10w60 from Performance @ Al Quoz, for 2 oil change on my 964 now without realising the difference between that and Castrol Edge 10w60.

    On the M engines, can Edge Sport be used instead? If not, where to get Castrol Edge?

    i don't know what oil does the 964 use. but as a matter of fact the edge sport will blow a M3's engine.


    we can get our oil from castrol (the dealer)

      Performance is supposed to get us the Castrol Edge, which is the replacement for the Castrol TWS. The Edge Sport lacks a sheering additive for ultra smoothness, too bad for the S engine.

            FYI guys, Ive spoken with Anas from New Link yesterday and he said theres nothing to worry about the TWS. He's got enough stock to cover our needs with TWS, even if they get over he can manage to get the TWS, made in EU. Plenty of stock available here :thanks:

                New Link spare parts is located in Alain Sanaiya (Industrial Area), their contact # is 03 - 7214249

                    Dont have much idea about getting it in Dubai, but if the Castrol dealer doesnt offer TWS then I guess its hard to find it. Im from Alain, if you want me to bring some for you then let me know, I might come to Dubai anytime during the Eid holidays and can give it to you :)
                    Or else you can send anyone to Alain to collect it, as you like
