Whats witn AGMC spare parts department??

Ok, so ive rung these bungholes 4 times now looking to order specific part numbers (yes I have the part number) and each time ive gotten a different bloke on the phone, takes down my details, (phone number, part number, car, model, etc) and tells me he will look it up and call me back..

NEVER, EVER have I had a call back, nor when I call up about it, do they know what is going on?

bloody frustrating actually!!!

anyone had similar experience? is it because the parts I am ordering is in the 1000Ead area and not in the ba-zillion dirhams area?

Buy parts from Al Nabaa in SHJ BMW rd, near sedana. Much cheaper and email sunil on sunil@nabaaauto.com

I buy from Nabaa most of the time , and I get the good delivered to my door step for extra 30AED by courier company which they deal with
