    Need Help.Dont know what 2 do

    Hi Guys,
    Actually I have given my car for repairing to Janu garage in Qusais .The problem they told me that its giving error of auto theft lock activation and they need to change the EWS and DME. They were suppose to change the stuff and hand over the vehicle to me on Sat but still its not ready.
    On asking them for a justification they told me that the Garage owner was suppose to bring the parts and since he left for his home country on Thursday, they don't have the parts to fix it. Then I spoke with the garage foreman and he assured me that the car will be ready today and now he too is unreachable.
    I need a sincere opinion about what to do now shall I wait for them or take my car to somewhere else.

    Need an urgent response....

    I would suggest that you go and visit them. I dont think the matter will be resolved over the phone.

    I am sure you will know what to do when you visit them.

    In addition, if the parts are the only issue, you can buy the parts and take them to the shop.

      Any idea/suggestion where to look for theses parts?

              pick up your car and take it elsewhere.. i cant believe some of the sheit service in the UAE.. and the punctuality... WTH?? in any other place on earth, a shop/service/joint would go bust, but here it seems a lot of places, the worse they treat you, the more people go to them... kinda like your girlfriend... the Agency included...

              there are a few good places, but the sheit ones far out number the good ones.

                from my experience with janu they are good but you will have to chase them if there are parts involved.

                go visit them in person if you want your thing to be done, my bet is you will need the dme and ews from the same car so that they can plug it in, and if my memory is right you will also need the locks and key of the new car unless they can reprogram the key somehow.



                Hasan, Nabaa will be costly if Abby orders brand new parts
