oil change interval

hello all

my e60 2009 CBS says oil change every 30K KM.

I am not comfortable with this

when do most of you do the oil change. AGMC / X centre charge around 700 aed for this. not bad but not cheap

where do most of you change the oil and how often?

I have personally seen sludge build up in engine in X5, who changed it's oil at 25K intervals

Not sure what a CBS is if your car is not an M then anywhere from 8k to 12k

A liter of oil will run you at 45 dirhams and a filter will be a 50 and labor should not exceed say a 100 so 700 is not much
