RPM fluctuation

Hey everyone;
I have been facing this issue since I bought the car. RPM fluctuates after warming up the engine and while it's on neutral... It fluctuates between 300 to 1100, and sometimes engine dies and switches off..
5 times the car entered the agency, in Dubai, Sharjah and abu dhabi, and till now no body helped in solving or figuring out the problem.. I have the premium contract with the agency (full warranty), they changed many sensors but still no positive results. Please guys if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.. TPS faults are not seen on idle...

Used to have this problem with my e46 318i back in the day... No one knew what was wrong with either! Ayham do let us know what turns out to be the problem... I'm curious!!

I think its related to the fuel supply.

Perhaps the carbon canister for the fuel tank.
