And so the overheating in my car continues..

Its been with Ayham on various tests, new OEM fan fitted and car still overheats after 5min of Najati driving.. According to Ayham all is ok, inlet and outlet temps are like they should be and basically he says its my driving but I think thats bull..

    The issue continues...
    Current:

Let me chime in in the interest of solving the "problem"...

As far as the cooling system goes:

          - No leaks anywhere after numerous pressure tests done over a period of months.

          - T-stat brand new

          - Fan clutch brand new

          - Temp sensor brand new

          - Radiator OK

          - Water pump physically and manually operated and inspected and is OK

          - No headgasket damage

          - AL temperature testing is within range

You want to spend more money on a problem that I think doesn't exist, let's do it. As said, I've tested the car for 3 days with proper abusing, no overheating (even before fitting the new fan clutch). Then Naj drives it after the new fan clutch is in, and it took a beating for it to "jump" above the half mark, but immediately subdues when he is "sensible" again, and I mean within seconds. So, I don't call that a defective overheating.

My professional opinion is this: Please have more care for the car.

I'd love to have a second opinion as well.

I know Bruno had a high power oil pump that helps keep his car a lot cooler.

Naj, your right foot seems to be the problem. Your ankle needs some grease because it seems to be stuck forward!!

I have one question though, where the heck do you find the places in Dubai to let 400hp loose enough to overheat them!?! Without both you and the car getting bagged!?

Shak! Only the fan clutch is related to cooling.

Why the heck do you need a fuel transfer pipe?

No not just the fan clutch!will let you know the rest when the fan clutch arrives next week!
And the fuel transfere pipe is related to the car not starting when the fuel tank is showing 1/4 tank, internal leak in the tank!

Since this is my thread about heating issue..

(I did not adapt my driving to grandma style driving as recommended by someone)

Heating issue solved by flushing the radiator and replacing OEM fan clutch. Water doesnt pass the half way mark, oil stays under the 100c most of the time, when I push it goes to 115-120c but water stays center!

2 nights back I was flying and my water was at 35% instead of 50%! Real cool, I even thought my thermo was fugged again, but it isnt. Shes running well now in terms of cooling..

Next issue to be resolved tomorrow I hope!

Thanks to Shak for finally figuring out the heat issue and Ayham for his constant support.
