Havent used them personally, but i assume the excessive use of cloth will definitely leave swirl marks on the car. I would stay clear.

Yeah had a little bit more of a read up on the 'waterless' method. And it does sound really good, but, if these guys aren't using a clean cloth for each car, and repeatedly using the same then basically they're scrubbing your car with the dirt the cloth has picked up from the previous car.

Think I will stick to having it washed normally

Hi,

Has anyone used any of the waterless cleaning companies?

There's one called Keno, and the ease and convenience looks fantastic, but I just don't know if I trust this waterless business, I feel as if they would be scratching the paint by rubbing in dirt still left there.

And windows would definitely be left smeary
