Need help

Hi guys,

I've been facing an issue and i need your help with it, sometimes while stopped in signals and shift the gear to N position, i can see RPM going up to 1 and again coming down periodically along with a small shake in the car, and this will happen few times before shifting to D and start moving.

Any suggestions!

Thanks.

Hi minamassoud this happened to me in my E36 in the past, can't remember the exact problem but i think i was something to do with the a air leakage from a cracked pipe, not a big job, but gets annoying and is remembered to be fixe.

Possible causes for your problem !
Fuel ratio incorrect due to following reasons.
1.Air Mass sensor
2.cyclone valve seal leaking
3 vacuum hoses to cyclone leaking
4.TC cover gasket leaking
5.Brake servo leaking vacuum side
6.Air Filter blocked.
These are the most common issue that I have faced over the years but then again it could be other iusse's.
This can only be diagnosed by a can of brake cleaner and a diganotic tool :)
hope this helps
