Z4M electrical......Heeeeeeeelp!!

Hi guys, I have a Z4m with an electrical issue. When I start the car, sometimes all the dash lights don't come on; the engine turns over but doesn't 'fire'. Not sure if this is connected to a problem with the aircon....when this stopped I had it fixed here in AD but as soon as the engine 'thing' happened again the aircon stopped again! Now, having come home from a weeks vacation the battery is flat.....bummer!

Are you able to run an electrical diagnostic to identify what, if any, problem there is?

Also, how do I access the boot to replace the dead battery as now it is dead the electric opener doesn't work!?!?

Doesnt the Z4M have a manual key lock to open the trunk? if not hook up a trickle charger in the engine bay to give the car enough juice to unlock the trunk.

also check the alternator, could be on its way out and not supplying enough juice for the system to function properly.
