HI all, i recently did some work with the rear diff. and since then the dynamic light do not work . the light knob has a green LED that keeps blinking ..
Any ideas??

Blinking lights has nothing to do with rear end work , but could be a burned fuse . Many workshops don't disconnect the battery terminals during the repair .
Better to send it back to where you repaired it at and have them scan the faults . In general blinking green led means either adaptive headlights modules ( one or both sides ) is damaged or not powered .

Like what Ehssan mentioned,
I would get the guys who worked on your rear axle to check the 2 self levelling sensors which are attached to the rear axle, they can easily get dislodged or may be there not connected. If not connected or the adjuster links are fitted arse about face then it will effect the self levelling and adaptive head lights.
But get the car scanned first.
