Dude, a restored STOCK 74' Firebird was sold for 250,000AED a year ago.

This thing would be at no less than 350,000AED . . . The new M3 with an S85 was priced at a rediculous 6XXK AED or so ?

Theres a dude in the States who stuffed an S54B32 into an E30 325i from 1988.
SMG, M-Track mode, instrument cluster, the works !

Wasn't the best of projects though, there was alot of cheap but bad solutions to problems such as brake booster and steering column.

I'm not sure what forums it was on though.

If I was going to change everything like he did and I mean everything, I wouldnt do it to an immaculate E30 M3! I would get a non M version, fabricate an E30 M3 look to it and do whatever I wanted, the talk about the E30 M3 chasis and other E30 special features is usless as he changed/reinforced every thing in the car.
