^^ Removing your cats will do you harm if you have an after market muffler, however, if you have the stock muffler get ur cats removed. You need some sort of a back pressure.

There are many places that can remove ur cats .. btw one way to get extra power is to remove the internals of the cat itself . I say go to either Falcons Garage or ***. They can help you with that ..Drive To The Satisfaction... A Dreamer's Pursuit

Ahaaa, no wonder that day, I took my car to some of those small workshops and an indian guy tells me that the filter is under the engine somewhere and was pointing at the manifold.. He said he can get them off clean then and put 'em back and it would take him the whole day!
Why would they stick a filter up an engine's nose, I don't get it!! Anyway, I'm gona check out the thing you posted.. Thanks a lot guys!

American spec BMWs have their cats closer to the engine than the Euro ones, hence they put them in the headers (exhaust manifold). This helps the car heat up its fluids quicker, increases torque, but reduces horsepower.Comment

its better to remove them or remove the internals as rifo said, u dont need to heat up ur car fast...and good luck
