Yesssss. You can not imagine how hard I fought to get it home, you know families and parents and the way they look at such cars.

The car is 220+HP crank. A stock Mini is 168HP crank. I've got a supercharger pulley, program, injectors, air intake and some weight reduction.

My future project is convert it from CVT to manual with squential selection, LSD and very heavy duty ceramic flywheel. Cost of this project? USD10K-USD15K. The problem is the Mini stock tranny would take only up to 270HP crank and then fail. Also the new system shall shift in less than 200 mil sec. On engine side, there's a plan to get a 2.0L 4cyl stroker that would run around 450HP+ crank.

Few points:
*MINIs are the old Coopers. The new R53, R50, R52, R56 and so on (model year 2000-now) are called Minis.
*The wheels are the original Mini GP wheels. There's only 1999 other sets around the world of those wheels. You gotta know someone in Mini to secure your set. Those wheels are lighter than the lightest Mini OEM wheels.
*I can not stop talking about Minis.

but 450 hp plan is huge for an FWD car ......that much power in an FWD will make it an understeering dog
i was a passenger i a cooper S several times even with the stock 160 hp it understeered ..the understeer was the normal weight transfer PLUS the power on the front wheels
