ASR Twin Turbo Upgraded 135i Exceeds 500WHP

The following is a dyno graph of our Twin Ballbearing turbo upgrade for the 135i/335i/535i/3.0X6. This is the first N54 engine in the world with a ballbearing twin turbo upgrade, and also the highest hp and torque. We have been developing this package for quite a while now and just finished tuning this past weekend. Our peak numbers were 538.63whp and 530.12wtq. We de-tuned it to 505.68whp and 498wtq since you can see the turbos were reaching max efficiency at the higher number, and I didn't like how the powerband looked.

Food for thought on the kind of power we can make with our M5/M6 kit.
The car was tuned with stock internals, stock fuel system, meth injection, and 104oct for the 538whp figure. We have an automatic map switch in our programming that switches to meth file on the fly when the flow detector reaches full flow. The car makes close to 500whp on pump gas and meth, and about 450whp on pump alone.

No pricing yet... They had to detune the TT just so it would be safe to run as a daily driver, I'm sure the engine will be able to handle it

The good thing about BMW is that what's now M-exclusive is standard on the later non-M models. Engines being an example..

this is some serious modding... so basically at 2.5k RPM you are applying 450 RWHP , haha this is just insane

Not HP, but around 450 lb-ft of torque to the wheel... still a massive number
